A large part of my youth was at Dogpatch. I'm now 59. So glad to see the right investor bring a beautiful Park back to life.

My mom said that I was there in 1974 and 1975 . I hope that Johnny Morris can get it restored. I would like to revisit it. It’s about 83 miles away from my home here in Arkansas.

Isn't that area also called little Switzerland? I have been through there a few times. It's absolutely gorgeous.

Still being worked on, they were building out a cavern entrance, and I believe it was put on hold due to a large population of bats found on the property. It will be picked back up when they can safely relocate the bats. Still no word on completion, however as with all Johnny Morris creations, he’ll take his sweet time to make sure it’s 100% perfect.
