Yes, let’s all chuckle at her COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL term “tweeker”, and act like TWO stings makes her a super-agent, instead of just a great liar. Like when she suggests that sniffing isn’t searching... even though the officers were THERE ONLY TO SEARCH and brought the dog SPECIFICALLY to do so. Duke HIRED this person to TEACH FUTURE GENERATIONS, people! “I suspect it was more like, daily”, with regards to the illicit drug habits of a human she has NEVER met. Playing it pretty fast and loose with the unfounded accusations and possible slander, there, don’t you think?

The esteemed counselor defeats her own arguments. Yes...police have a right to knock and talk...just like any other citizen. Unfortunately....Frankie, being a police officer, wasn't talking...he was sniffing....No right for police to "knock and sniff" har har har har....this esteemed counselor was sound asleep in law school when the CrimLaw Prof was lecturing on "CURTILAGE". Better hit the books again sister, you missed some pretty important parts. har har har
