from what I hear of Sattelite Kid the tune is similar to the Rolling Stones' Sweet Virginia. The chord sequence is I/vi/IV/V but not in that order but the 1st 2 chords are right. I think the song is in G but not everybody is comfortable with the key of G so I offered the I/IV/V type pattern. Capital Roman numerals are major chords and lower case Roman numerals are minor chords. I hope this helps. Just listen to the song as you learn how to play it.
