It’s finally #SantaPawsDay - the day all our dogs get to pick their own Christmas present! We couldn’t squeeze them all in, but we hope you smile as much watching this as we did recording it.

Kitties do it too. I had a Siamese who chose a toy barbell out of a group of soft cat toys that came in a little group in a bag. I opened the bag of toys and dumped them on the floor. She quickly looked at them all, chose the little barbells and ran off with them. 😂. And she was an adult.

I agree! I really need to watch a day's long video of this! I'm sorry there are so many adorable, loving characters without homes, but to see their exuberance at finding just the right toy is wonderful! I love how Flounder carefully looked up the line of toys and then went back for the one he wanted, only to see the second line, drop it to look at those and then again go back to that same initial toy lol
