Exactly! If she's not promoting him/mentioning his song whatsoever, the only plausible reasons are they're on bad terms, they're friends but don't want to create gossips so just stay away from each other in public, or they're hiding something. Considering JH already promoted exo n appeared in the video during exo's promo to cheer on KS, they don't seem to be on bad terms at all. So it's down to 2.. The fangirl in me would like to think that they're just hiding something 😬
