i know this is way too old of a comment but im pretty practiced at yoga and we do headstands and i found the key to getting UP is getting your torso in-line with your head you WILL NOT be able to get your feet off the ground if your torso is not one straight line

I can easily do the foot shuffle (or the last move). In my opinion, it isn't that hard because my sister and I would practice doing "Animals" from youtube like everyday after school when we were younger (like 5/6 years ago) and we were obsessed over it because we have Just Dance 1 and Just Dance 4, and I always get so confused when people aren't able to do it.
