Doing Water Changes Too Often? How much is too much?

Smaller water change more often is better for your tank. My best and most successful tank was when I did 2 gallons every other day on a 120 system

Yes I did it every month a water change like 10 gallons and the fishes survive all the time and I have a saltwater tank, its bs to do it every week, a guy on a KZbin chanel is crazy he does 80% water change every week I was like WOWWWW

You don't have enough beneficial bacteria built up .for waterchanges.how long has tank need running. You may not he enough biological filtration

This is really misleading. Go ask any person with beautiful successful tanks and see if they would recommend skipping water changes to battle algae and dino.
