8 years ago I made a list of characteristics that I wanted in a husband it was characteristics that my great grandfather had and I prayed over it for 8 months and I believed God would answer those prayers and he did. My husband and I have been together for 8 years out of those 8 years we've been married for 3 years and he is everything that I prayed for.

Yes I don’t go on dates too! I go to meet up but not dates. I feel uncomfortable when they call it late I can’t loosen up. My bday is in January and God has it in my heart that I should go out and date! This video is what I needed to hear God is good.

I'm currently writing about my most pivotal spiritual experiences and while writing God is healing me when I didn't know there was any more healing to be done. With the healing that I'm being blessed with and what you shared, it's left me hopeful that I'm ready to be a good Christian wife (finally, at 55) to a good Christian husband. Beautiful conversation both of you❤. I get his point of view regarding going on a Date. Here you don’t have to bring along your feelings. You just meet people to find out their mindset, enjoy their company. This way you get to learn how to talk with the opposite sex and to understand the mentality of the opposite sex. I am a woman and I go on Dates, but I do not invest my feelings, but rather more interested in people I meet. You never know who you might meet during this period. You might meet your significant other in the process depending on the level of understanding and connection😊

Hello, I just saw your video. There was a statement that you made in which I disagree. You said that a lot of people have a list for what they want in a spouse, but they don't have a list for who they want to be for their spouses. Well you I just met the expectation. I come from a church background we're I had the luxury of seeing the two example a Godly women. I have had been fortunate to see what good men look like, and what a men who need God in his life looks like. For as long as I can remember I have never been sold on looks and material things. So, when meeting men it is their personal that interest me and ultimately their character that decides how things will last.What I look in a man embodies the characteristics that are rooted and grounded in the fruit of the spirit. Characteristics That can not be masked. I not only hold my future husband to that standard. But myself as well, so I pray that Lord heals and deliver both us. Until that grand meeting. Because we all are sinners and fall short of his glory. That's why find myself questioning if I would be ready for him if God sent him right now. Because I won't to be who God created me to for him.

Dating is just, well should be, collecting data. Maybe coffee or ice cream for a first meetup isn’t a full on date, but if you’re spending a couple of hours together, like at the movies or dinner or I dunno bowling or something, that’s a date. You’re spending time with the person to get to know more about them. Just collecting data, that’s all 🤷🏾‍♀️ imho of course.
