Opening Todoist is part of my morning routine. I have two computer screens, one I use for work the second screen is used for Todoist. This method helps me stay focused throughout the day.

Solid advice! A key habit that is often overlooked is returning to the task manager app whenever we lose focus and get sidetracked by the mundane aspects of the day. Thank you, Naomi.

Opening Todoist is my very first action at my desk after my morning routine. And my first task is to review what I have on, my priorities and the order in which I will do things. My final task, is to clear down my Todoist day. For me, there is no other way.

I always enjoy your videos, thank you for the work that goes into their production. I love the simple idea: pay attention. Focus for a moment, keep important things top of mind. I'm introducing the concept of managing your money to my newly-adult granddaughters, and now I think I will offer to buy them a Todoist subscription and show them how to use it. I can't even imagine how my life would be different if these tools that put power in your handheld device had been available when I was young. Happy holidays to you and your family, both at home and at work!

I have ADHD as an adult. I open todoist on average 20 times a day. It has made a difference in a large way for me…!!!

Really simple habit for me - I decide what I’m going to eat for breakfast the night before. As I’m not hungry then I find it easier to be more dispassionate about how I start the day and that means choosing healthy porridge or overnight oats rather than that half eaten bar of chocolate that’s in the fridge and calling my name. Have a wonderful Christmas, Naomi Christmas 🎄 ⛄️ 🤶

Love this habit. Overnight oats are the best. And I find a good breakfast really sets me up for better decisions that day, too. Thanks for the Christmas wishes, I hope you have a wonderful Christmas, too! 🎄 - Naomi

I litterely cannot function without this app. Like I dont need the upgraded plan but I want to pay for it just to support the company.

Thanks for this little reccomendation, I have recently struggled with looking at mybank account trying to now hold 2 jobs while going through school. But I will attempt the opening and looking at my bank acccount everyday. What kind of thoughts did you expereience while looking at your bank account? Thanks!

Uso Todoist ogni giorno ma ultimamente sto trovando difficoltoso gestire le decine e decine di task giornalieri. A volte sono talmente tanti da avere difficoltà anche a segnarli in Todist. Che si fa quando sono così tanti?

I'm trying to stop distracted scrolling in the mornings, proving difficult as it's usually too late by the time I've realised

Open Todoist every day is part of my daily routine, along with taking my medication, planning my meals, and weighing myself. No I need to check my bank account daily.

A micro habit that I have been meaning to get back into is starting the day with only a notebook and pen, no devices. I like the video! My interpretation is: if there’s something you want to improve, you need to give it your time and attention.
