Every stand I've hunted in 35+ years have been within 50 yards of a thicket, like what you've just shown. My best bucks come from them cruising the edges scent checking bedded does in the thickets. Congrats on a very nice buck!

Great job Daniel! Awesome Hunt! I got to tell you. I killed my first deer today using a 100 grain Tooth of the Arrow broadhead. I shot a really nice tall rack 8 point here in Maryland. It was a broadside shot at 18 yards. Complete pass through and arrow stuck in ground. The buck only went 40 yards and I watched it fall. I got down and pulled my arrow from the dirt, and the broadhead was fine and still sharp! I couldn't believe it. I first saw these broadheads on your channel last year. They really are excellent and fly just like field points. Anyway just wanted to share this with you. Really enjoy you guys! God bless and good luck rest of the season!

Hell of a deer man! Season is closing in on us! I watched a podcast recently of the guys from MSU deer lab. That big research study they released shows that mature bucks 9 out of 10 walk with the wind to their backs. Congrats bud!
