I’m so tired of politicians or non-elected politicians making decisions about industries they clearly don’t understand. Our form doesn’t let buyers out although we do verbally say look if you’re unhappy, we will let you out of the agreement regarding houses. We have not viewed yet but very unlikely an agent will go after a buyer or agent for breaking agreement

This is all because realtors have been overcharging customers forever. I have bought and sold 17 homes on my life and each time I asked what exactly difficult or taxing any of the involved agents really did.
