she couldve set that boundary without blocking her predatory boyfriends victims or promoting a ne0 n4zi by wearing his merch on her instagram with well over 20 million followers. this woman is stuck in a victim mentality and gaslights people by pushing this whole parasocial narrative when in reality, all they want her to do is take accountability. she has a vast reach and her demographic is mostly young people with accordingly malleable brains, so yes, it absolutely does require her to explain herself. instead, she plays dumb and continues to rage bait for attention with no care for the moral implications of her actions. and you all fall for it - every single time

This was a Real Interview. My favorite celebrity interview this year. She might be young but she understands music, politics, stan culture, social media activism and how to manage fame better than many others. Glad she's pushed back on people's expectations of celebirites. She is a free spirit not looking to be controlled.

Doja sounds like is such a sweet heart with a hard exterior. Just because people like what they do for a living doesn't mean they like having a ton of fans, stalkers, and paparazzi following them around; it doesn't mean they enjoy having every single daily and life decision they make scrutinize and talked about on the news and social media. Let's respect each other's privacy!

I love doja cat for so many reasons. She's professional, immensely popular and very down to earth. Even she doesn't care about the haters, still she called out them but in a different way. That's what clever artist does.

I think she is coming better and better all the time, the more she gets the feeling of freedom, not just pleasing people. I like her voice, her talking voice is also so soothing, she would sound good with a small band, like Amy Winehouse and Sade had, their bands, she can handle the stage alone, her presence is, there is just one of a kind of her. She is so young still she has all the time in the world to do what she wants. She has the perfect voice for jazz music.

I just love her vulnerability and rawness. She’s not afraid to talk about what bothers her and i hope people realize that these celebrities are actual humans that go through same and sometimes worse than most of us do.

Dope interview, definitely feels like we did get to know her better as a person. I respect her semi rant at the end about giving no thanks to those who put her on a pedestal or place her above others... that shows doja's maturity and respect for music as artistry.

I love that Doja lives for herself and not for other people! That is what everyone should aspire to do and be. When you only care about what you think, you live a happier life because everything you are doing resonates with you and makes you happy. It is sad that with Doja's success, because she is so amazingly talented, a lot of people are going to look at her. And with a lot of people looking at you, someone is always going to have something to say. Doja does what she likes and is being herself (an individual) when so many people are saying no. I'm glad that she is paying more attention to herself because, in the end, she is going to be happy and look back at her life with gratitude. In the end, celebrities should be used as inspiration. Celebrities do things the average person would not have the guts to do and that's why we love them for it. Celebrities are confident because they do things for themselves. They love harder, they are more creative, they work harder, and they are amazing. The next time you see a celebrity see what you like about them and if you don't like them then unfollow them because they are used as inspiration and are not used to hate or blame everything on. Strive for self-love instead of hate.

I never want fame, because of how she described and said " I too F***ing famous" and it's true, I've been a fan of hers since their first album and the her comedy on social media is what I miss most. Many are just no aware of her before the fame, but her comedy was gold and never to be taken serious. The mental capability and the close support she has is fantastic, she is self aware and continues to grow as a human. They are a great human and artist!
