Fun fact: the original sample she used in beginning of her song is "Streets Is Callin" by B2K from the movie soundtrack and also in the video Doja on the taxi cab in the alley and the guys who are zombified who are mesmerized of her beauty ,the only guy is she mesmerised that why he was on his zombie beast mode and the tangled web she put in him is reference to movie Spiderman 2 (2004 movie) and the black outfit she got on is inspired by Black Widow and Catwoman all one together 🕷🕸🖤😼😻💋 but overall I'm really like the song tho and yes Doja is one hell of Creative Creature 💕😻💋👩🏽‍🎤

Message of the video: Doja becomes infatuated with a man (taxi driver) who already going places. They end up crossing paths later (traffic scene) but by time then she's already been beaten down (her laid on top of the taxi hood). She has many suitors but he's the only one who's willing to step up to the plate. When she realized how important that is to her she traps him in her web not wanting to go back to the pain before meeting him. In the end all she's left with is the idea of him (the wax shell man) cause she was too obsessed with finding someone like him instead of finding & loving him. Now she's back at the beginning (the end of the video).

My take was she was a super villain. She’s using her powers to entrance him in the first take and it works. When she’s on the car we see her and her other victims, the men she’s already trapped in her web. The lights from the helicopters circling because she’s a criminal. Next we see her in her actual web with her newest victim. But he’s different and she wants to keep him. I like your interpretation or if that’s actually how she meant it. I wouldn’t have thought of it that way.

and also the whole time, doja was trying to show how all the time there are different men of all kinds only fantasizing and mesmerized by her body and beauty. but the dude that she actually has feelings for is apart of that group so when she decides she wants to put time into him, she traps him away from the streets so nobody else can have him (which describes the whole car and spiderweb scene), but at the end of the day she's trying to hold on to something she once had because he's already mentally and emotionally checked out (that's why he's a dummy in the 50s scene) she knows that she can't find anyone like him so she tries her hardest to hold onto what she can but in the end it just blew up in her face (the bombing)
