Hi mate and welcome! Zulu time is UTC or GMT+0 It is the time the military use. We are on this time in the UK through the winter months also. RTO means Radio Traffic Only. Thanks for the comment in hoping to do some more dispatching soon! Cheers

@@ukrun hey Luke, it was. I was only a dispatcher as a secondary department. I dispatched very little, but i found some very helpful mentors from the communications department and my experience with Radio Traffic from my LEO rp definitely helped. It can be super daunting and all hell can break loose at any moment. I would highly recommend if you go for it, do as many of the additional courses and sit ins as possible to give you the best experience and reduce the possibility of being overwhelmed. Take care
