No, they make the same like the other suppliers. They sell the 100w model in Germany as an 160w! I have the same like yours and I bought it as 160w. I get 9 Amper in full sun give or take

Hi Peter, thanks for your comment. Firstly, there is no such thing as a "dumb question". We learn from asking questions. Solar panels in general do not directly power appliances. What they do is charge batteries that power appliances. How long a battery powers a particular appliance depends on the Amp hours (Ah) rating of the battery. If a battery is rated at 60Ah and powers a 6A appliance, in theory the battery should last for 10 hours. But a Lead Acid battery should only be drained to 50% of its capacity. This means that the appliance should only be powered for 5 hours to prevent damage to the battery. Lithium batteries can be drained to a maximum of 80%, and that's why they cost so much.
