Should have worded differently, yes it's 1 enemies whos hp is 30%. So yes will be good when down to just one weak enemy. Cause lost count how many time only 1 enemy on sbr with very little health supers me first thing when I didn't have the right hp or wrong turn for other units active skills.

I think alot of people are being overly pessimistic, I really enjoy the units. They make me feel like I'm having a drag out brawl, which I really like. Everything from the passives to the animations. It's ok they don't have a revive, even though I wanted them too. I really like frieza in particular.

Its just more the fact the passives are relatively bland. Just additionals and stats. They could have easily included more of the interesting mechanics, like maybe giving frieza a revive since goku gives him energy, or maybe goku can have a nullifier or counter for beam supers bc that is literally what he does to frieza.
