As for the fingers of the performers, they are painted, and so are their feet en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Alta_(dye) if you want to add music to the movement, the bells are usually on the anklets and you can use your bracelets and bangles to add to the rhythm :) Colourful powders are not just for Holi, they can be used on multiple occasions :)
