Doleshwar Hanafiyah Jame Masjid

The 150-year-old Doleshswar Hanafiyah Jame Masjid has been the iconic architectural monument of Doleshwar, Kunda Union, Keraniganj, Dhaka. This mosque witnessed the passing of time and history. Over the years, it acted as the center of the community in the locale. The recent renovation of the mosque and its adjacent areas to build a new mosque with contemporary design is the perfect example of the amalgamation of old and new, past and future. It’s the story of Bangladesh where we walk steadily towards the path of development while not forgetting our history.

This is a great example of innovation. Really enjoyed the video. But I think the structural engineers who were involved with this project should also be appreciated and they deserve their share of credit.
