This app totally sucks. It's laughable. Accounting is very 'European' centric. If you have a staff of tech people to customize it, it might be a good starting point, but in the USA where you're trying to "run" a business?, forget it. Nobody has time for this nonsense. Which is why Xero and Quickbooks continue to rule. Sorry, just the way it is.

Dolibarr is an ERP system, it does much more than 'accounting software' so you can't directly compare it to to Xero/Quickbooks, there are several business benefits to having your financial management/accounting capabilities within an ERP solution.
