Not going to lie, i havent been doll hunting or touched a doll aisle in maybe 7-8 years? And my oh my how things have changed. I used to see such quality fashion dolls and now they look....cheap? Cheap but it distracts you with all of the intense colour. I'm kinda shook ngl haha, but thanks for the video! Super interesting!

I keep going back and forth between all of the doll lines, but I am also taking a bit of a break from RH. I do want Skylar from the Winter Break line the most, but I'll wait for a sale. Same goes for the twins and Jett. I'm showing Barbie some love right now. ❤️

You should also price match on Walmart and amazon for the winter break ones...some are listed cheaper , some as low as 23.99. Always pays to price compare. :)

I agree with you about Rainbow High, and I even like inset eyes. I feel the proportions aren’t elegant like a traditional fashion doll, and the eyes are too large and widely-spaced. Also, all the dolls look very similar to me, even with the newer face changes. I have Violet, Krystal, and two of Avery (got one on sale). I’m not sure what I will end up getting this fall, but for sure not Jett at regular price ($90 here in Canada). The good thing is this line will be around at least another year, so I don’t feel like it’s my last chance to get something.

I enjoyed the book segment! I really want to get back into books, the internet ruined me for reading *cough*Fanfiction*cough* but I started reading the Artemis Fowl book on a kindle and am really enjoying it. As for dolls, I'm torn between Rainbow High and LOL OMG's. My funds are very limited and I think (I am saving for Christmas) I can only get 2 or 3 dolls and series 3 of RH are looking awesome. I especially want Emi, but I still want to get Karma and Stella

I've been thinking of doing other things on my channel, not just dolls, so it's good to know people watching our interested in other topics as well. ☺️ I don't know all the names of the characters from series 3 rainbow high just yet, but I really want to get the purple one!

OMG!! I’m not the only one, who has yet to see a single Bratz doll in ANY STORE!!! You are soooo me shopping!! I drive my partner crazy because I have a complete conversation to not buy the damn dolls yet, I’m looking at all of them 🤣🤣🤣 he doesn’t like shopping so he likes to get in, get what he’s looking for specifically and get out!! I 💯 ageee, the Hasbro princess dolls are getting worse as time goes on, just stop already 🤣 I’m shocked your Target had the style series because I got Cinderella on clearance. And referring to Cinderella, maybe if they started making her with her movie accurate hair color, she wouldn’t blend in with Aurora!! I actually LOVE the RH winter dolls. I have a strange obsession with seasonal dolls🤣 I’m putting aside money for MH and Disney limited dolls. My local Disney store is still open as well….it really irritates me that they don’t get all the merchandise….like, what’s the point?? I love the new G5 ponies but as someone who grew up watching G1 I’m kinda sad that I don’t think Spike is in G5. Lastly, I understand about the heat!!!! I only have about 2 stores in me, before I’m done. The central Florida humidity is NO JOKE!!! Ohhhhhh I forgot to say, it’s completely strange to me, to see the dolls behind security glass, like razors and electronics!!! Walmart is awful🙄 Target, would NEVER!!!!🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

I'm glad I'm not the only one! LOL What worries me is they think that the Disney store is trying to move everything to online. I really hope they don't close the last Disney store in my area. And yeah, I hate going to stores when it's hot. But also trying to film a doll hunting video also has a slight emotional toll on me, because I have to narrate, make sure to film what I'm seeing, I'm not just going in getting what I want and leaving. Not to mention waiting until there are not other people in the aisle, because I don't want them to think I'm filming them, and sometimes I get self conscious talking to myself...LOL! On top of that, I'm already tired from the heat. LOL.

@@ChadMarvelous oh yes!!! I said, in one of my shop with me/toy hunting videos, that I never knew how difficult it was…..seems simple, just watching them…but yes, to all the same reasons. I try and go early in the morning, close to opening as possible. I voice over all of mine because the Targets and other stores in my area, play music. Unfortunately, I think eventually all the Disney Stores will close….maybe only special locations like, Times Square, Oxford (London) and other stores in “special” areas, will remain open. My hope would be that maybe, they will come back, in shopping centers…like what Bath and Bodyworks have started to do. Many of the locations they closed, were inside of malls. Malls are dying….which makes no sense because who wants to walk outside and shop, in extreme weather elements. It’s sad….I get kinda depressed, thinking about all the Disney Stores closing down. I miss Toys R Us as well, that’s a place, I KNOW I would’ve seen Bratz dolls by now 😫😫😫😫🤣 I want to pick Jade and Yasmin out in person😫

Honestly, I consider myself gender non-conforming, or even non-binary. I guess I'm most comfortable with they/them, but pronouns are not super important to me, so it doesn't matter.
