DOLL REPAINT! & Story Time • Weeping Nun • Tears of Blood

Hi everyone! sorry it's been so long, it's been a crazy busy month!
I've been meaning to make a doll inspired by the Weeping Statue legend where statues of Mary cry tears of blood; and a short story I wrote last year just seemed to go perfect with it ☺️
Let me know if you think it might suit being developed into a novella!
Julietta has already been sold, and will be on her way yo ger new home soon 🥰
I'll be sure to post an update when I have some Possessed nuns (draculara base w/ tar tears) ready to sell.
you'll be able to choose between a black dress or a white dress; and a small selection of hair colours! (Pastel platinum, red/ginger, blonde, black, or Julietta brown)

I am so happy every time I see a video of yours in my feed, I'm glad you were randomly suggested to me^^ And yeah, so much of history is messed up, but its so fascinating to learn, even the sad stuff. There were quite a few places like that here in the US way back in the day, I'm very glad they are gone and hope something like them never happens again, but they do make good horror fodder!

Good call! It was inspired by those mother and baby homes in Ireland ☺️ after more research I've found that there were 18 of them 🥺 one of them, St Patrick's, had over 3,500 dead babies and children... 😞

I enjoyed the story. I imagine if it was continued it would be about finding out what happened and a way to make the home take responsibility for what it's done. Maybe even a smaller mystery around her powers. Thanks for sharing with us. I really like the idea of you making stories for the dolls you make. Also I like the doll.

I like the story!! I feel like it's just a start for something that could be a movie someday. It would need fluffing for that, with the ending of the story being somewhere within the second third of the movie, ya know? Ahe turned out absolutely fantastic!!! The black layered with the red makes it look like bruises, which matches so nicely!! She turned out super gorgeous with all of her accessories!!

What a captivating story! I’d love to see it lengthened into a novella so we could learn more about the characters, like why the girl became a nun and how she deals with what she’s discovered in the well (hopefully by unraveling the mystery of what happened there and getting vengeance for the lost children but it’s your story not mine so don’t let me tell you what to do lol)

I love the story of this one! I know I'm a year late, but I hope you continue this into a novella! Also, I'm sure you're not in want of ideas for dolls, but your stand made me think of the Salem Witch trials and getting burned at the stake. Anyway, I LOVE how you drew the veins/bruises here!! The way you did the stone floor is super cool!

The gold things? 😶 you mean those 4 jars on my monitor stand? They're canopic jars ☺️ I'm writing a trilogy set in ancient Egypt, so I've totally fallen in love with all things Egyptian - I also have crystal pyramid and obelisk 🥰 I hope that answered your question ☺️

@Kaitlin R I actually bought them from our local crystal shop 😳☺️ but I'm planning on making my own soon out of polymer clay - as merch for my trilogy 🥰 I do have deviantart under a different name, but I haven't been active on it for a long time - I really should remedy that 🤔🤗 It's under Kawaii-lemming, but it's more Manga drawing/art, since I didn't get into dolls until much later 🙂 Maybe I should make a Kreepy Kitty profile... 😶
