There aren't any new items like this on clearance but you still have a chance of finding this stuff. Make sure you check end caps and the sky shelves above the other paper products. That's where I found some last month.

It will add up the clearance prices. So you need $80 worth of stuff that gets marked down to $40 to use the $10 coupon.
