The prices of everything especially food have really gone up not many sales on before Xmas on food that I can see either. I don't know how big families are surviving its sad they say our city of Toronto people going to the food banks has really increased as well.

I just had a colonoscopy, and instead of drinking all of that yucky stuff, I fount out that you can take pills instead. Sooo much easier than drinking nasty tasking stuff.

The Letter to Santa ornament is a great idea. I tried to find a key to identify the Ooshies but no luck. I never eat meat the day before the prep day for a colonoscopy. It makes prep day easier.

Vlogmas day 14. It's good to see Mr. Flufferpants get some advent treats, too. I like the Santa letter ornament. In the Netherlands, we have ornaments where you can put notes in. Everyone can write a massage about what their happiest event was this year (or something else nice). You put it in the ornament, and at Christmas next year, you open it and read the messages. 🐈‍⬛️ 🎄❣️

As someone who assisted with colonoscopies for 20+years, just follow the prep instructions you are given. All doctors have their own they like. But i will tell you, you want to be clean! Otherwise things can get missed! An, the prep is the worst part. Yes, ive had one myself! You can sleep through the procedure! Good luck!

Hi Misty. I am so glad Mr Flufferpants got another advent calendar so he can have treats. I have had a few colonoscopies. My Mom had colon cancer. So i make sure i get them just to be cautious. I hate the prep. The test is nothing because you are asleep. Best of Luck. Wish you the best. I love the vintage kitty mug. So cute. I really like the shirt you have on in this vlog. McDonalds is so expensive these days. I agree. Have you ever heard of a drink called Ice Drinks. Its basically water with a fizz like soda. The lemon lime tastes like Sprite. Very good. I get it at Giant Grocery Store. Here in Pa.The lemon lime would be clear. It comes in so many different flavors. No calories. I think they also sell it at Walmart. Dollar Generals decor was cute. Hey Misty! The Olympia Candy Kitchen is in Goshen Indiana. They are located downtown on Main Street. They are locally known for their traditional handmade candy canes. Usually right before Thanksgiving so they are ready for the Christmas season. They always make a few full sized canes to display in the window. They also have an old style dinner in the front. Children used to gather in front of the window, alongside the building, to watch them hand rolling and dipping the chocolates and stretching the candy for making the canes. It is really been a nostalgic place for generations. 136 N Main St, Goshen, IN 46526 😊

Yes, McDonald's has gotten extremely expensive here in South Carolina too! My husband and I used to go there when we ran errands for a quick lunch. We now go to a local restaurant and have an actual hand-cooked breakfast of 4 link sausages, hash brown potatoes made with real potatoes and onions, 2 eggs scrambled, and 2 slices of raisin toast and coffee for less than McDonald's!!! We haven't been to a McDonald's in over 3 months now! Betty and Paul

It’s too expensive. A “value” meal is around $9.00. 😖 I can order from Applebee’s or Ruby Tuesday’s for the same price and the food is much, much better. 🍔🍟 Have you ever tried Five Guys? A burger and fries will set you back $25.

A friend and I were having our colonoscopy a day apart. We decided to put vodka in our prep mix with Gatorade. We figured that it was clear . Doctor said it wouldn’t effect the scan. Haha!

I learned to NOT do Gatorade for prep because it ended up making me feel like I was going to be sick from reflux; I just do water and even that got to me by the time it was over. Good luck and hope all turns out well!

I enjoyed your video immensely! A meal at Macdonald in Canada is $15 plus! Macdonald is no longer a cheap meal but like so many fast food places a rip off!! We don't have those adult mcdonalds chicken nuggets boxes though! I laughed several times! Mark is such a good sport and makes me laugh as he taste tests everything! You need to get a booze taste testing christmas calendar and a hot and spicy taco taste testing christmas calendar and try those out!!! You need to get your dad to taste as well.....his opinion would be priceless!!!!

Been having colonoscopies since I was 23, 58 now. Let me tell you prep is way better now than it used to be. I hope no one ever hasto do fleets phospho soda I couldn’t keep it down to do “the job” I cried and cried. I used to get banana popsicles to help with chasing down the prep. I HATE and never drink Gatorade or sports drink of any kind. Lots of sprite or starry. Good luck, rest well after.

I just had my 1st colonoscopy on November 5th. The procedure wasn't bad at all but that prep!!!! I had to start my prep a whole week before my procedure...what a mess! Good luck and Merry Christmas!
