Thanks for that revisit ! Most of the household items are the same as DT but are 25 cents less ! It all adds up . But DG are offering more name brands, it pays to shop around

I never look in that little clearance section cause that’s not clearance to me lol sometimes I think they might have put an even higher price on those items I don’t know 🤷‍♀️Not worth those prices they really want to fool people, but if they go down to a penny then that’s a deal 😁

@@ginawack Southern California.. about 2 hours away from L.A. There are other nicer Dollar Generals out my way but the nearest one to me doesn't have a lot of nice stuff like I see at the other Dollar Generals or like Dollar Generals I see on KZbin videos and they never have shopping carts. no hand baskets either. A lot of people go to the aisle where the home items are to use storage bins to hold their items in while they shop. crazy, huh?

@queenonyxbutterfly wow! Yeah there many DGs near me but they all seem to have different stuff for seasonal and $1 items. Wish there was more we could do to help those in need... it is really helping us all.

You could cover more area without telling me the color of each item and it’s unnecessary to describe each dish brush etc. Watch “Pretty and Flawed”. She covers a lot of merchandise without the massive detail.

I have to agree! The workers at DT are so very nice typically. Plus, it is just a different vibe shopping there.
