What Piyush Goel mentioned is that when e-commerce companies make losses each year and then the foreign parent funds the balance sheet (6000 cr for Amazon), then it indicates predatory pricing. Sir, please don't talk about gravity repeatedly. Mr Piyus Goel is right this time. Einstein gravity theory is much superior and more advanced. Scientific experiments on bending of light around star due to gravity proved it to be more accurate then Newton's theory. I don't know any contribution of Mr Piyus Goel in improving governance but i now respect him for his correct scientific knowledge despite being a top CA and law person. Thanks.

Sir Namaste Sir a doubt related to PE. If the Eps doubles then ideally there can be two scenarios. 1. Either the price also doubles so that PE remains the same . 2 . Secondly the stock gets stuck the PE becomes half ( the husband wife theory). The question is in reference to Hdfc bank where profit has doubled in last three years ( though eps has grown at 12.35 %). The stock price has grown by approx 2%. In such a scenario how should we see the company whether price would catch up or we should assume the stock has got de rated .

There is a report from a business chanel that Automobile manufacturers have about 4 months unsold units in inventory (compared to a normal of 1.5 months inventory). Sir… carrying forward the topic of equity dilution. I believe it can be done by selling existing shares by promoters or by issuance of new shares. In the event of issuance of new shares( lets say 10% new shares for esop) by the company, is the price of the share on the chart automatically gets adjusted the next day? Like if a company is having 100000 shares and each one is trading at rs100 ie mcap is 1cr. If another 10000 shares are issued and nothing else is changing, will price of each share become 90.9 next day on charts? Or will the PE become elevated? Asking this because we dont see the price changing suddenly other than in the instances of ex dividend in market. But issuance of new shares seems like a routine event for companies. Appreciate if you can clarify.

dont think so any rate cuts coming any soon... fed has cut rates in 2000, 2008, 2020..... hence something big will trigger cuts...just my opinion....

What about those who have not subscribed your plans but are your followers and have not missed any video. How will they get to know the details of the newsletter. As suggested by you if we do not have big investment amount we should not subscribe to the plans. Please make your newsletters open for all sincere investors and your followers. Thanks a lot .

Sir 2 mins analysis on Zomato business model....they have become disrupters for the likes of dominoz, pizzat hut and many more chains...they have pricing power to increase delivery rates.... people are habituated to order online and trend looks to be continued..... revenue & profit growing..... valuation may be debatable....your genuine opinion on business model not the valuation
