+Ericson S. Thanks for your support :) Regarding your question, if you are asking how to make the cell reference, please refer to 1:20 of the video. Or you can create a column, type "A" in the first cell and "B" in the second cell, highlight those two cells and drag it down, it should give you a column with A, B, C, ...... Do the same with numbers. Then use the function CONCATENATE to combine those two columns, you will be able to get what you want. It is the best way to deal with this problem as not all versions of Excel can recognise A1, B2, C3 as an AutoFill Series. I hope it helps :)

Thank you for the explanation, but i do wonder, is there the 'Between' symbol? I was assign to a study by calculating the example of a student's result, as in i need to find the status for the result based on the given figure. According to the table in my question, i understand the greater than symbol and the lesser than symbol, but is there any the between symbol? My question goes like this: POOR: Total score =120 Also please do make a video about the inserting "Between" symbol in excelas i do discover not much of the site do have this type of video. Why not just hold ctrl button as you drag? It locks the cell and copies same so whats the difference here?
