Love the creativity! I dont know if this makes a huge difference but I grew up always adding salt and pepper to the eggs, flour, and breadcrumbs when breading things. It really brings out the flavor in each bite! :)

A tip for the pretzels! Bake the pretzels and then toss them in the butter and salt/cinnamon toast mixture after. That’s how they do it at Wetzels Pretzels and I think when it’s hot it helps it stick better
