Considering that this is posted as a review of the NuColor Nail Tabs, there is zero discussion of the really bad package instructions nor any further explanation of how to "remove the transparent film from the top", step 3 on the packaging, the most error-prone step, and it's even sped up in this video. Not at all a helpful video if you've ever tried to use these tabs.
