i just downloaded the file, but it only shows a png file, not an svg file, so it's not allowing me to separate the layers, am i missing something?

hi hyquel, the explore machines has no cricut engraving tool but the maker does.. the only engraving tool there is that explores uses is the tool thats from another party.. i believe its called chomas or something, but i heard that it can void your cricut warranty so just keep that in mind.. hope that helps n thank you for watching😊💕

Hi Kelly Martinez, just ungroup the image and delete the name.. i used a general font, i believe its arial font..hope that helps😊💕

hi diane, so sorry about that.. i didnt mean to leave my sons name on there, which its just an image, you just delete it (for reference only) there’s no way to change it.. you will need to enter your own kids name on there once you’re in design space.. hope that helps and thank you for watching😊💕
