Those prepared box meals I always add a can of tomatoes. I always tried to add something to all of them a veggie if possible. I was a single mom of 3 and it stretched the meal with a teenage boy and I would add a little extra meat and the stroganoff I would add a can of mushrooms usually had a green bean dish with. I've added cottage cheese to some and a can of kidney beans to others.

Dollar tree has black compression knee highs for women in 2 sizes. They are great. I travel long distances every fall and spring. My ankles tend to swell. Not with these socks. I plan on wearing them on the plane in January. Happy hunting for them.

Hi Noni, There is no way I could fix in the knee and socks. I have fat legs, back in the 60's when books were in, I couldn't find any to fit my calves now they make boots wider.My legs was never skinny. Nice haul. Have a great day. Love from FL 😍

Hi , best to use Distilled Water in a humidifier or a good filtered water . Most Manufacturers recommend in manual . The mechanism will work better in humidifier with the recommended water , same advice for a vaporizer .

A hint for you….use rubber gloves to put the compression socks on. I work in a retirement home , and we use rubber gloves to put the stockings on…

I have been looking for the elbow brace for my bursitis so far no luck. With large calls as well, cannot wear the socks and but at other retailer. I swell when on planes and have to wear compression. Great haul update, have a great day.

Hi,,,,please have compression type garments ,,socks ,, hosiery what ever it is fitted & ordered thru a Dr or Dr ordered therapy department ,,,miss fit pressures to tight or not tight enough can do more harm than good when I worked as a CNA we wasn't allowed to put anything but Dr ordered garments for swelling on our patients,,,not being bossy or critical I just don't want anything bad to happen to ya 😊
