Hi Paula. Several years ago I heard a KZbinr state that you could spray the glitter with hair spray and it will set it and keep it from going everywhere. I really like the pinecone gift bag. That's a great buy for the Muddy Buddies. My daughter makes those for her friends during the holidays each year. She adds red & green m&m's in hers.
