Good seeing you again! It can get overwhelming if you haven't been to DT for a while. Finding all the new things and relieved for restocked items. Glad I wasn't checking out behind you! 😋 The last time I was in my store I actually bought one of their large shopping bags and just had them fill it up as they rang up my items. I’m a teacher and I fill up a basket 2-3 times in the summer to get storage supplies, prizes for reward box and other needs. We don’t have many cashiers and I feel bad for the people at the back of the line. But I’m so grateful for good products at these prices!

Hello Vanessa we had the flour sack towels here in Saskatchewan a couple of months ago. But they are all gone now. So I don't have this happen as much as I did when I was in my early twenties and friends started buying their first houses, but I grabbed up a bunch of those soap dishes at one point and then I would use etching cream which at the time Dollar Tree didn't carry but now they do have a version of, or I would use porcelain pen and paint an initial in the bottom of the soap dish and then I would buy a stack of three of the nice soaps and stack them on the dish and then use like a raffia or pretty ribbon and tie it together. Then I would just put it in the bathroom of whoever was having a housewarming and it would be like my little secret to myself that I left it and when somebody would not figure it out and ask if anybody knew who did it I would never say anything. It would be like $4 and it's such a cool way to make an impression.

I haven’t found cherry pie filling at my DT in a year and a half, possibly 2 years. I found the super glue gel at my local grocery store for 79 cents with 3 tubes in each package.
