Dollar Tree Spackled Pumpkins

In this video I take Dollar Tree foam pumpkins and spackle them to achieve a beautiful, elegant, stony finish. Paint them grey and they'll definitely look like concrete! Use ivory and Burt orange paint for a travertine look! The possibilities are endless!

For this project you will need:
Styrofoam pumpkins from - I purchased a variety of shapes including gourds from Dollar Tree
Spackle - I used LePage Speed Dry for best results
a tiny bit of water mixed with paint colours of your choosing
paint - I used Rose Quartz from Dollar Tree and Vanilla from Michael's
Gold pain for the stems
driftwood if you want to replace the stems
hot glue to reattach your stems
thrifted crystal candlesticks for displaying your pumpkins (optional)
