I haven’t seen those fuzzy dinosaurs. Love those!! I bought a ton of the smooth, squishmallow material dinosaurs last Valentine’s Day, and they have been my favorite. I like the fuzzy ones you found here even better!

What a great shopping trip! 😊 I love those shark and penguin stuffed animals, I just got a whole bunch! The SpongeBob socks and playing cards are so fun and cheerful, they will make a really bright box! 🤗 So many cute items! The ear muffs are adorable ☺️

Thanks for the walk through of DT! I haven't been in a DT since I've dropped off my shoeboxes. Love the ear muffs. LOL, I am a South Park fan and I would totally buy those socks. I did pick up those sleep bears. Ooh, I like the sticker puzzles, and the Seaside coloring book. Ninja Turtle stuffies look great. I'm glad they restocked a lot of the toys. Great haul in the end. The Encanto underwear sell out fast. Never got them. Thanks for opening that Marvel game to see what was inside. Oh I love the Charlie Brown cards. I love that camping notebook - I put the same one in my girl camping shoeboxes. Love the Little Pony sticker books. Thanks for sharing, Trish!

Great haul Trish! Those battle balls...what a great find! Those are at least 7 bucks up here in Canada. I love that little purple penguin. I hope to find those sponge bob socks for my son as he loves sponge bob. I have never seen those Encanto underwear in any of my DTS...maybe one day! I was going to mention that I got the Dino Mighty Truck coloring books earlier this year for $1 at Walmart but you covered that they are no longer available. I think they may have been a summer thing (who knows). And I got a chuckle out of you mentioning you wondered why they put the price on when everything is the same. And yet, a couple of days ago I was at Dollar Tree and the lady in front of me handing the cashier something that was clearly not from the Plus aisle and you guessed it, wanted a price check. And she seemed startled and confused when the clerk said it was all the same price.

Oh, I didn’t know that they closed. We don’t have them in the St. Louis area. I liked that the Band-Aids were 20 count instead of the typical 14.

I doubt we will see most of these up north here. Thankfully since we’ve got a different price point, I haven’t seen those embedded prices (we’ve also got green instead of red stickers). Dollarama on the other hand has a lot of those embedded prices. That’s great that you found some underwear there!

Maybe not, but I imagine you probably see some things that we don’t. I’m assuming if they purchase an overstock from a company based in the US, they’re not gonna ship it to Canada, and vice versa. 🤷🏻‍♀️

As usual, my DTs don't have much to offer. Oh well. I cannot stand the embedded $1.25 either. Whenever I complained about them ruining things, l was told it's because they're going to be adding in more items with different prices so it's to avoid confusion. I just stopped buying most of those items. I did pick up Uno Go cards, but it still bothered me. I'm glad that it hasn't shown up on coloring books. The playing cards in your haul are really cute and the Tangle toys also.

Do they have the red circle $1.25 embedded on the Uno Go cards now too?!! Oh no!! I have noticed that on some things, mostly in cosmetics, they’ve started putting the $1.25 price in small black lettering on the back of the packaging, which is much better. I am hoping that enough people have complained about the big red circle that maybe they are going to change to the more inconspicuous black $1.25 marking over time. Who knows?! 🤷🏻‍♀️

Oh gosh! I’m 72!…No way I can remember all that, LOL!! I keep a list in my notes app on my phone. I make the list by age/gender. I name and number the themes under age/gender. Then add (separated by commas) what I’ve got so far for each theme. That way I always have it with me when I’m out and about and can easily revise it as needed.

Yes, I’ve done that, too. Depending on what the item is and how it’s packaged, I’m either placing a sticker over it or snipping off the corner of the packaging or just not buying it at all, lol. I agree, we need to petition!!
