I've found that an excellent lip primer is to put foundation and/or pressed powder on the lips before applying lip color. Maybe give it a try? I also use my setting spray on my entire face, including my lips after lip color. ❤

Target has different tissue paper designs. I just found the snowflake ❄ candy 🍬 cane stripes, and bows. As a matter of fact, i even said, huh, its like Erica said, bows are in 😂 as i put them in my cart 😊
