Just a suggestion, I've been stencilling since the 1980's, the reason for lightly pouncing with a stencil brush is to achieve the variation in paint shades. As well, pouncing removes the fear of paint getting on your surface from paint getting under the stencil.

Being Cherokee Native American related things in my home feels natural and most comfortable. So I guess that's my "theme" Since divorcing I lost a lot of my things to my ex husband but I'm slowly getting things back together. Dollar Store and such us where I mostly shop in person. Love it! It looked like your stencils had a sticky back, using a brush seemed to work very well. As for home decor stores I used to shop at Pier one and home goods a lot until I realized I could make so many look a likes. Great job!!!

My favorite home stirs is HomeGoods!! We have one opening here soon. Until it opens I have to go about 20 miles. I think it is such a fun store too because it has such a wide selection of items. I love the stencil pictures you did. Haven't seen those stencils and have never seen the flower sacks in any of our stores. Maybe one day one will get them. ? I did not go near a dollar tree today. I had a nice evening with my youngest daughter for my birthday. My brother and his wife stayed with mom so I could go a couple of hours with Glynis. He just changed the time he came today!!
