If you do, I'd be really interested to see you tackle Gardevior and Gallade as dolls. so i grew up in socal in a place where the vast majority of my neighbors and schoolmates shared a rich vietnamese culture. most of the local stores and businesses were run and owned by those same neighbors. across the street from my house was a target that shared its construction with a massive vietnamese market, which was across the street from another massive, more diverse asian market. even though i wasn't born into the culture, many of its facets have become markers for my childhood! the beautiful ao dai dresses are SOOOO gorgeous i always wanted to wear one because the girls all looked like princesses. every time i rewatch this vid, i'm rewarded a lil piece of my childhood, and a lil piece of home

It's a trick of the light. Elissabat looks more purple with her outfit and hair because all of that black and purple reflects and it makes the pink look like a darker lilac. Kind of like how if you where to wear a bright long sleeve shirt and hold it under sunlight then the color would reflect onto your skin
