I’ve watched ur saree draping videos since before my marriage in 2017 n I swear I’ve never worn a saree without ur tricks. I start with a knot n end with the magic trick 😊 the only mistake I used to make is that I would drape the basic tuck too tight. But now I have learnt. Thank u so much Dollyji. Hi Dollyji I have watched some of your videos and found them to be very helpful. My problem is with pleats in front. The fall (cloth stitched to the bottoms of a sati) of second pleat is visible below the first pleat. One can say that there is difference in length of first and second pleat. Kindly advise how to correct this issue.

Really helpful....meri problem doosri hi hai....after I have draped the saree really well, pinned up the pallu and all, I find k saamne se jo border upar aa rahi hoti hai,that folds inside..the whole look gets spoiled...this happens all the time in open pallu sarees...As I wear open pallu sarees mostly, this happens all the time....Have watched endless videos but the solution appears nowhere...matlab aisa kya karein ki saamne se pallu ka jo part upar aa raha hai, Usko palatne se kaise rokein?

Dear Mam,Can you show us saree drapping of traditional sarees which has hard jari borders for eg.Kanjivaram or Paithani.We are maharashtrians and for wedding we mostly were these sarees.Pure silk sarees get pleated well but semi silk the pleats just don't stay.

Really nice video.. Very well explained and shown 👍👍 I have a small query though... The way you show how to drape the sarees, how to make neat pleats.. Its easier when you try it on someone else. For example, when you try to make the shoulder pleats neat by standing in front of the model it is easy... How can i do that on myself!!?? When i drape sarees on someone else.. I get it nice and clean.. But i can't get it that beautifully on myself.

Hello mam I'm a plus size I'm over 90kgs and height 5ft.3 inch . I never wear saree silk, banarasi because I look very very fat in such fabric however I love those fabric, never wear light colour as it also makes me look more fat, tired of wearing dark shades like brown, black, navy blue, maroon, this diwali I want to wear light coloured organza saree like in golden shades, baby pink, light yellow, what tips should I follow I don't look ending up like disaster.
