Great detail in what you did. I just purchased a Makita 7300 which I understand to be the rebranded Dolmar....thank you for your video including chain sharpening techniques!

Thank you, nice video, I have to rebuild our saw that was run over by our skidder, still runs, most damage is to the plastic housing, handle area, I think I can do the repair now especially after watching your video. Brad

Fantastic. Thanks for this. I only needed one thing but it was easy to find and solved the problem.

Hi there, are you able to make a video about sharpening a chain for chainsaw? That's an interesting grinder you have for doing it.

Is there something you are wanting to see that wasn't at the end of the video?

I am having trouble with the brake handle install. Not sure how you got it back together?

My 7900 pours fuel out the exhaust, I was hoping it would be a lot easier to get the carb out than this. :(

Hello. Where did you get that tool that pulls the crankshaft into the case/bearing? Thanks for posting this very helpful video.

I believe it was either Amazon or Ebay.

Any chance you can do a video on porting a chainsaw?
@in-depthdiy21235 ай бұрын
Not likely. I don't have the equipment to measure the timing for widening the ports, or the lathe to mill the cylinders.
