Dolomites Italy vlog w/ Dolomites Italy best peaks and best panoramas. Easy ways up the mountain and easy Dolomites hiking trails in Alto Adige in the Val Gardena. In this summer travel guide and Dolomites Italy vlog, see a Dolomites itinerary of best places to visit in the Dolomites based on our many years of #slowtravel in Europe. The Dolomites are one one of our favorite, top destinations in Italy and one of the best places to visit in Europe. Compared to other Italian destinations that suffer from over tourism, the Dolomites and its Tirolean culture are less-traveled.
We’ve returned to the Dolomites mountain range four summers in a row and want to share in this Dolomites vlog a Dolomites itinerary of the best places to visit for spectacular peaks all located in Val Gardena in Italy’s South Tirol Tyrol. We remind you about Seceda peak featured in our previous video BEST FOOD and VIEWS in the DOLOMITES and bring you to three new peaks for a total of four stunning peaks and vistas.
The Dolomites Italy are very popular with Italian vacationers and you’ll find yourself surrounded by Italian, German and Ladin languages. Val Gardena is in Northeastern Italy, three hours and fifteen minutes from the Venice Italy airport. This Dolomites travel guide shows you a completely different world from typical Italian travel itineraries, still very Italian, but with a distinct alpine flair.
If you don’t hike, you can still visit the peaks and UNESCO WORLD HERITAGE panorama points. We’ll take you up the top gondolas, chairlifts and mountain rails on your #italytravel #dolomites adventure. If you would like to walk, we give you some tips on the best easy walks you can do in the Dolomites Italy once you reach the top of the lifts. For detailed hiking instructions please take a map with you.
Here's where you summit the best peaks and panoramas:
Sassolungo and Rifiugio Toni Demetz by the Sassolungo Coffin Chairlift
Resciesa summit by the Resciesa Funiculare or Raschotz Seilbahn
Mont Seuc and Piz Meadow on Alp di Siusi Seiser Alm by the Mont Seuc Gondola and Sole Chairlift
Seceda Mountain by the two Seceda Cable car and the Fermada chairlift
Please also see our previous vlog BEST FOOD AND VIEWS in the DOLOMITES for full coverage on the Seceda mountain. • Dolomites Italy. Best ...
And for more coverage on the Seiser Alm or Alp di Suisi reached by the Mon Seuc gondola, please see our vlog • Dolomites, Italy gem. ... about Seiser Alm or Alp di Suisi, Europe’s largest alpine meadow.
Val Gardena offers the Gardena Pass, a three and six day lift passes that become worthwhile if you use the lifts a lot. You can get a free hiking and lift map of all the panorama points in Val Gardena from the tourist offices in the villages along the valley floor. Please always hike with a map.
