I’ve now had it for a full year and still loving it. We just opened our pool back up a few weeks ago and we had some terrible early pollen and debris from the trees and it saved me hours of vacuuming. I just dump the basket and rinse everything after each use. I easily ran it about every other day during peak time just to help kick up the debris since we don’t have a bottom drain. Thanks for the video! I was debating whether to get this or their premier but that thing is twice as much so I think I'll get the E20 and try that out and see if it works out for my pool

Does it has any Bluetooth or app to control via phone?

The E20 does not have any blue tooth or an app to control it. The versions I saw that did were more than double the price. You drop this in and in the two hours it’s running it gets our entire 32 x 16 ft pool. Thanks for watching and for the great question. Hope my answer helps. Got this last month and it's already broken 😕 we need the original box to return it and of course I already recycled it. Ugh!

Oh man that stinks!!! Mrs. Review Board also recycled our box almost immediately 😬. Thank you for letting others know they need to keep the box just in case. Hopefully their customer service can help you rectify the situation because something this expensive shouldn’t break that soon. Keep us posted and thanks for watching. except when it gets stuck on the bottom drain every single day

Thanks for watching and thanks for making us aware of that issue. That would be annoying. Since we are using it in an above ground pool, we don't have a bottom drain to worry about. A few times in the last couple of years it has got suctioned to one of our wall inlets. It is an important consideration to think about if someone is deciding to purchase. We can just turn our pump off for the two hours that the robot runs. For us the pros of having this robot far out way any of the negatives. I rarely have to manually vacuum anymore.

Hahaha! Wish I could man. I shoot and edit all the content on an Iphone SE, don't think it would survive the underwater experience.
