Mine broke twice in 2 years but the manufacturer covered both breaks even out of warranty. Great support.

Maytronics does have a great warranty. It seems the Nautilus CC breaks a little more easily than units such as the Dolphin Premier or Sigma, who have a 3 year warranty instead of a 2 year warranty.

Which pool vacuum cleaner that cleans water line and the walls. Budget of $700 would you recommend.

The Dolphin Cayman is a fantastic alternative right around that price range! However, you really won't get full waterline cleaning under $1000. You'll want to look at the Dolphin Quantum, Premier, or Sigma!

I purchased a Dolphin Nautilus Plus CC and have had to return it for service twice in a year. I believe the unit is defective and asked for an exchange for a new one, support stated they never replace defective units. I have to pay the shipping when I return the unit warranty covered repairs. I guess I will be returning the unit until the warranty expires and pay shipping every time. BEWARE!! IF YOU BUY A DEFECTIVE UNIT, THEY REFUSE TO REPLACE IT!!! BUY A PRODUCT THAT YOU CAN RETURN IF YOU GET A DEFECTIVE UNIT.

Hi there, We would recommend looking at the Dolphin Escape or Dolphin Quantum! We found the Nautilus CC heavily under performed and was not worth the hefty price tag. Let me know if you need any additional help, we are happy to assist!
