Since Henyard's "Appointments" were not on the agenda, there is a legitimate argument that she violated the court order by attempting to make appointments without following the proper procedure as she was directed to do by the court, or be held in contempt of court. One week later they are back in court as she violated the order. The judge gave her and the "appointees" another chance to follow the proper procedure, or next time there will be consequences. And here we are, one week after that, she tries to get the board to appoint people unlawfully. They need to take this back to court IMMEDIATELY, and she needs to be held in contempt, and put in jail. Rules, ordinances, the law, and now a court order followed up with a stern warning due to an apparent violation means nothing. In her actions SHE ALONE IS THE AUTHORITY and no one else is to exert authority over her. She needs a strong wakeup call.
