Adam is smart in a way that he's trying to pay everybody by the views that they get, but it's a tricky situation. Adam should be paying these guys hourly. If you take every episode of The Monday show or the Tuesday show, or whatever... Adam is sneaky in a way that he says oh well this show only got this amount of views ... It's not profitable. But all these cast members have been there for years put in hours of work show up every week. Adam is making millions of dollars but paying these guys crumbs by the views. Adam actually makes hundreds of thousands from KZbin, and millions in general. That's why he's smart by paying them by the views, smart for himself but it's snakey if you get what I'm saying. These guys all brought credibility and fans to no jumper. They put in hours of work, years of work, but get paid by "views" that get seperated video by video. It makes no sense. That's why when everybody started talking Contracts Adam was like "F*CK this y'all can scram". He's paying them by views instead of paying them for hours, years and face.

On the other hand, I believe Adam was lying to him about why he was getting rid of AD and he was just talking mess to Lush about AD for a reason he could understand.
