What also makes Dom's scenes more memorable and funny is that he makes more effort to actually have a dialog between Katz and himself instead of just spurting out lines from his act.

The "Can't you see I'm in pain, Doc?" line breaks me up every time. There have been other great shows since Dr. Katz, but none have approached this kind of humor. I really miss it and the golden era of Comedy Central of which it was a part.

I love Dom Irrera, and miss this show. It was great that he provided a vehicle for such great comics. The whole premise and the cast were just wonderfully funny...just enough for half hour show.

This show was (and still is) genius. I rented the series on NetFlix and made everyone watch it who would sit down on my couch. I hope Jonathan Katz is not in terrible pain with his MS. I love this show.
