How does Multi-Provider SSO work for domain separation? Company 1 - Use SSO X Company 2 - Use SSO Y Company 3 - Use SSO Z etc... Is that possible?

Hi, how to segregate the incidents created before domain separation?if i manually add domain in incident form the caller fields becomes empty? why?

likely because the caller is still in the parent domain, and not a valid record in the new domain. Move the referenced records first (your INC is still in the partent, can access the callers in the child domain). Then move CIs (because we often associate CIs to users, owners, etc). Move groups, then your INC.
