Nice vid! Subbed. Also can I ask if the metal frame is worth buying? I have the 8802 kit but I haven't built it and I'm afraid that I might have a hard time removing the armors from the kit if I were to buy a metal frame.

Yes, more solid. building it later will make it safer. With a part separator, you can easily remove armor parts.

seems you didnt have many issues with fitting metal frame on it. in my case. i found "a lot" fitting issues in my metal frame one (same brand)lol

My copy of this metal frame is tight; if you experience loose screws on the metal frame, try adjusting them to tighten the parts.

That's a tough one, my friend. I enjoy both because I'm a seed fan, therefore I call the MB version the classic and the mgex the modern one.

That's a tough one; I personally choose both. In terms of design and articulation, the MGEX are the most up-to-date; although if you like a metal inner frame with large wings and a classic style, the MB are a better option. go get both 🙂

This kit is based on metalbuild SF, it has many different details and mechanics compared to MGEX

Almost identical in appearance, but with improved molds; still, the primary problem with the kit is those polycaps.

is it true that colored polycaps are weaker than the regular colors? I have been seeing alot of complaints on the astray red frame polycaps getting so brittle over time as compared to the usual colored ones

I can't really tell, in my experience on my astray red frame it's still sturdy and make some pose, it depends on the weather, I assume try not to put it on sunlight.
