Domar's Growth Model (HINDI)

Domar's growth model is not significantly different from that of Harrod. conclusion is almost same. The difference is only in details. Both conclude that if equilibrium once missed it will remain elusive.

If warranted rate is below natural rate growth then it is not possible to maintain steady stat as the economic forces will push the natural rate further away from warrented rate. This is known is knife edge instability. In this case demand will exceed supply.
