Thanks my friend, I'm building this (in UK) and your build is helping me. I've sanded the dome and looking to fit the panels now, of course, they aren't flush as my printer had some issues 😁 Yours looks great though, thanks for posting, helping me out here... Sanding my dome did not go well, thought it was smooth but it's pretty hard to get it smooth, hoping I can get away with him looking 'worn'

pretty new to electronics... What is the name of those cable/connectors? I already installed my dome lights but wondered if it was a good idea to have some extra material in case I tore something.

Those are DuPont connectors. and you hold them down once in place with just a little teeny bit of hot glue.

ive been printing so much of the R2 im here to see the lazy part cause in the files its kinda hard to understand is this version 2 dome looks like it i see your using the same light system Teeces light system

It is v2 dome that I am using with v3 body. I will be posting more vids (including lazy suzan)..

Wow, you've made a lot of progress. What fasteners did you use, and what length? Are they just screws and locknuts from Lowe's, or did you order them from somewhere? I've finished printing my dome sections - just started all of the tertiary bits. I'm going to start gluing and screwing, but am unsure as to what to use for that part. Nice work so far! subscribed!

All of the screw and bolt lengths and types are detailed in Mr Baddeleys instructions that come with the STL files. The length of the screws for the Lazy Susan, however, are going to vary a bit from build to build and that part is just trial and error. However, Mr Baddeleys instructions on putting the Lazy Susan together get you started in the right direction. I order all of my hardware from Bel Metric (www.belmetric.com). They have anything you need and just specialize in hardware. Don't buy from Home Depot or Lowes....they are far too expensive. My only advise would be to get a list of everything you need up front before ordering from Bel Metric....that way you only need to pay for shipping costs once. Good luck
