So, just curious How much of this is required, and objectively is the best there is And now much is left to personal preferences? Like, it's obvious about the converter, that it's just required But, is this specific configuration of Sword is? Or the sword itself too, or the Laser can be just fine for infinite runs? My set up isn't the only one that is competitive. Mr man who holds the world record for season 4 endless does use sword, but he chooses the fast stab tech route and his assessor play he uses splitting orbs tech route. Is one better than the other? Its debatable. Laser currently is slightly behind. I encourage anyone who likes this game to try for themselves because I think that especially because there are two new domes that the meta will continue to shift. I know when I first started playing the sword dome it was fun to see how far I could take it. It's part of the beauty of this game. Converter and condenser still seem like the two basement slots to take at this point. The dev is still active and I am very interested with possible new gadgets as well as balances to current ones to encourage different types of play like using drillbert, blast mining and teleport. I feel like the sword dome can be summed up as "Amateurs study tactics. Professionals study logistics." While it seems at first that the sword is a weak weapon type, the shear amount of tools you have to mine means you can get resources quickly, which means you can get upgrades and points quicker.

Yo great video, i have no idea whats going on bc this is like the second time ive ever seen anyone play this game but it looks super cool and you appear to be good at it, is it on steam? I might have to give it a try now bc you made it look more interesting than the last guy i saw a few weeks ago. Ive got a question tho, why are you edging the ones that are shooting things at you early on (like waves 9-11 so far ive seen it) is it just to like stall the wave or something?

Thank you, I stalled on those waves to help the tree seed that I planted grow more efficiently towards the resources. Yeah the game is on steam, you should check it out😀 The dev is still adding to the game with a new update soonish I think

Great job! But you are still carrying around too many orbs. If you have 5 or 6, you should probably be letting a couple rip at random. They will be restored before you need them, and you will be getting mining done in the meantime. Also, what is that bonus, slightly-behind-the-score counter that you have going on?

Thank you! True there are many times where I could have shot off some orbs🙂 During a 4.5 hour run there is so much time for error. Just got to keep refining I guess right?! That score counter you see is an approved mod for prestige mode. It keeps track of you best run on the mode you are playing and it shows the multi you had on the current wave. It helps you to see if you are behind or not from that run. Really helpful

So I planted the tree seed and so when I was fighting the worm, there are moments in between his rock throws that I can travel down to trim it down so the tree takes less time to reach the resources. I do it so I don't have to waste time during the actual resource collection part of the wave. I think for this latest update they may have shortened the time in between rock throws to discourage that. I'm relieved because that is tedious.
